everything that i found online is about the same with every one else. I am sure there is some company out there selling them dirt cheap to undercut all the competition. Any ideas?

Keep searching would be my only suggestion. If you really want “custom” chips, you’re not going to find them “dirt cheap”.
I’ve got custom chips. They were very expensive, but they were worth it. I’ve gotten years of fun out of them, and it was money well spent.
